Dennis is a handsome 11yo roughly 16hh gelding who retired from racing due to being on his mark, he last raced in Jan 2021 and has been spelling since. Dennis needs someone who will take their time with him and not rush to get things done quickly, there is not a nasty bone in his body and he wants to do everything you ask but needs time and patience to ensure he understands what you are asking of him. He can be a bit timid when meeting new people but once he gets to know you, he will be your best friend. He is good to tie up and lead, behaves well for the farrier, loads and travels well, and can be paddocked with other horses however is the boss, he can just be pushy around food. Dennis has been sat on bareback and walked around in a halter and lead rope without a fuss. He is a blank canvas, just looking for is next loving human to bring out the best in him.
Dennis’ owners would prefer him to go as a lease, but is open to selling to the right home.
