Louey is a striking gelding with real presence and a naturally calm, gentle nature.
Standing at approximately 16.1hh, he is an outstanding type, with the looks and temperament that would shine in the show ring or dressage arena.
Louey was bred and raised in a small, family-based harness stable where he was handled with care and kindness from day one. He’s been exposed to dogs, wildlife, vehicles and large farm machinery and has taken it all in his stride.
Louey is easy to catch, float, shoe, worm and handle and has been well-maintained, with recent farrier and worming all up to date.
Whilst Louey experienced windgalls during his racing career, they have not caused soundness issues outside of heavy race training. For this reason, Louey would be best suited to a home seeking a future show horse, dressage mount or low-level HRCAV all-rounder, where his temperament and presence can truly shine.
Although he has not been started under saddle, Louey presents as a quality blank canvas with fantastic potential.
