Having done most of his race preparation under saddle, Sketch understands the basics well and even canters. As expected with a pacer, he may occasionally mix his gait on downward transitions, but this will improve with time and training.
A true diva, Sketch thrives on attention and absolutely loves people. However, he isn’t particularly fond of other horses and would need to be paddocked alone, though he adores ponies and would happily have a pony companion.
Whilst Sketch is of show quality and full of potential, he will require a spell to recover from a suspensory injury. He is absolutely worth the wait and will be a star in the right hands!
