Meet Harry – Just a Gentle Boy
Harry is a 15-year-old retired pacer from New Zealand with a heart of gold. After an incredible career of 180 starts, 27 wins and over $237,000 in prizemoney, he retired sound in 2022 and is ready to enjoy the next chapter of life.
Always working with his ears pricked, Harry was a favourite – everyone loved giving him a pat at the track. He’s no trouble around farm animals, machinery, dogs or vehicles, also happily travelling alongside ponies interstate with the easy going nature he still carries today.
Harry hasn’t been ridden yet, but he has good ground manners, no vices, and he paddocks beautifully with other horses. He’s a sweet, well-mannered boy who deserves a loving home in retirement.
